COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR
Rob serves as Commercial Director, operating across the Group as a whole to oversee and protect its commercial interests at every level. From contract strategy and procurement through to risk management and financial performance, Rob ensures the Group maintains a sound and sustainable commercial position.
Rob’s career spans over thirty years in the industry, during which he has operated across all disciplines and levels of the sector. His professional foundation is that of a qualified Quantity Surveyor, a discipline that instilled the analytical precision and commercial rigour that he is best known for. Rob holds a Master’s degree in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution, affording him a level of specialist legal and contractual expertise that is rare within the industry. It is this exceptional combination of practical experience and academic distinction that establishes Rob as a uniquely authoritative commercial leader within the Group.
Brandon Rowlands
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Brandon serves as Managing Director of the Group, providing executive leadership and strategic direction across the business as a whole. In addition to his Group-wide responsibilities, Brandon holds direct accountability for the electrical division, ensuring its continued delivery of the quality, safety, and professionalism upon which the company’s reputation is founded.
Brandon’s career in the industry spans more than two decades, having commenced at apprenticeship level and advanced progressively through each discipline and tier of the sector before attaining director level. This exceptional depth of experience — encompassing both operational delivery and executive leadership — affords Brandon an unparalleled understanding of the industry, its people, and the exacting standards required to produce outstanding results. It is this comprehensive perspective that continues to inform and underpin his leadership of the Group.
Paul Cribb
RENEWABLES DIRECTOR
Paul serves as Renewables Director, holding executive responsibility for the full scope of the Group’s renewables division, encompassing its strategic direction and operational performance. Positioned at the forefront of the Group’s growth within the clean energy sector, Paul oversees the delivery of renewable solutions tailored to meet the increasingly ambitious sustainability objectives of clients across a broad range of industries.
Paul brings fifteen years of dedicated renewables experience to the role, underpinned by extensive expertise developed within the B2B environment. His career has afforded him a thorough command of the commercial landscape in which the Group operates, alongside the ability to translate complex technical propositions into measurable, long-term value for business clients. This synthesis of sector knowledge and commercial acumen firmly establishes Paul as an authoritative and highly effective leader within the renewables industry
Jim Cunliffe
MECHANICAL DIRECTOR
Jim serves as Mechanical Director, holding executive responsibility for the Group’s Climate Solutions division and providing the strategic and operational leadership required to sustain its position at the forefront of the sector. His oversight ensures the division continues to deliver mechanical and climate engineering solutions of the highest standard, reliably, consistently, and to the exacting expectations of the Group’s clients.
With over four decades of industry experience, Jim represents an exceptional depth of professional knowledge that few are able to match. His career has encompassed virtually every discipline and tier the sector has to offer, accumulating a body of expertise that is as practically grounded as it is extensive. The breadth of Jim’s experience, combined with his capacity for decisive and informed leadership, makes him an invaluable and irreplaceable asset to the Group at Director level.
